Recent Cases
At any given time we have a substantial number of discrimination, retaliation and wage and hour (overtime) cases in various stages of the judicial process. Currently we are pursuing cases involving unpaid overtime, discrimination on the basis of sex, disability, age and race and retaliation claims in a variety of courts. We also represent workers misclassified as independent contractors who claim they are in fact employees and are entitled to appropriate compensation. Please see summaries of some of our most recent cases below.

The company agreed to a 4-year monitoring period, which is on-going.
